• “Hirers” refers to individuals or businesses seeking to engage SoloSales professionals.
• “Users” refers to both SoloSales professionals and Hirers.

3. User Accounts

3.1. Users must create an account to access the Platform’s services.
3.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
3.3. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.4. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

4. SoloSales Professionals

4.1. SoloSales professionals must accurately represent their skills, experience, and qualifications.
4.2. SoloSales professionals are responsible for the services they offer and deliver.
4.3. SoloSales professionals must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

5. Hirers

5.1. Hirers must provide accurate project details and requirements.
5.2. Hirers are responsible for reviewing SoloSales professionals’ profiles and making informed decisions.
5.3. Hirers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1. SoloSales.com will charge a service fee for facilitating transactions between Users.
6.2. All payments must be processed through the Platform’s secure payment system.
6.3. SoloSales professionals will receive payment as per the agreed terms with Hirers.
6.4. Refunds and disputes will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Users retain ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property.
7.2. Users grant SoloSales.com a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute content they post on the Platform.
7.3. Transfer of intellectual property rights between SoloSales professionals and Hirers should be explicitly agreed upon in their contract.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:
8.1. Violating any laws or regulations.
8.2. Impersonating others or providing false information.
8.3. Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform.
8.4. Engaging in any form of harassment or abusive behavior.
8.5. Attempting to circumvent the Platform’s fee structure.

9. Termination

9.1. SoloSales.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms.
9.2. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting customer support.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. SoloSales.com is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by SoloSales professionals.
10.2. SoloSales.com is not responsible for disputes between Users, except as outlined in our Dispute Resolution Policy.

SoloSales.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
